Pablo Chuy Flores is a fourth generation coffee farmer who grows this divine tasting coffee on a farm overlooking Santa Rosa’s ancient volcanic lake. His great-grandparents started this farm in the early 1900s and now Pablo oversees 50-75 full time workers during the harvest. The 270 acres of rich volcanic soil provide a sanctuary for animals and the reforestation is a showcase for the rainforest alliance.
