What do I get in my first delivery?

How much coffee do I get?

Each delivery includes 1.5kg of freshly roasted coffee: 1kg of Il Caramello and 500g of a surprise coffee selected by our roaster. That works out to approx. 75–85 coffees depending on your brew method and dose.
HOW LONG WILL 1.5KG LAST?

For most households drinking 1–2 coffees a day, 1.5kg should last around 6 weeks. If you drink more coffee or use higher doses, you may go through it faster.
WHAT IS THE SURPRISE COFFEE?

The surprise coffee may be a limited blend, single origin, seasonal release, or roaster’s pick. We choose it based on freshness, availability, and what we think you’ll enjoy.
CAN I CHOOSE THE SURPRISE COFFEE?

No - that’s part of the Blind Date experience. You’ll always receive 1kg of Il Caramello as your reliable favourite, and the 500g surprise coffee gives you something new to discover.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE SURPRISE COFFEE?

Let us know. We can use your feedback to guide future selections where possible. You’ll always have your 1kg Il Caramello included, so the surprise coffee is there to add variety without replacing your favourite.
How often will I be charged?

You’ll be charged every 6 weeks before each delivery is prepared and sent.
Is shipping included?

Yes. Free shipping is included with every Blind Date Coffee Subscription delivery.
CAN I PAUSE OR SKIP A DELIVERY?

Yes. You can pause or skip from day one if needed. Your first 3 deliveries are locked in, then the subscription is completely flexible.
When can I cancel?

Subscriptions include a minimum commitment of 3 deliveries.

After your third fulfilled delivery, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

If you need to cancel before receiving 3 fulfilled deliveries, please contact support. Early cancellation may be arranged by paying the difference between the discounted subscription price you received and the normal one-time purchase price for any fulfilled deliveries already received.
Can I choose my grind?

Yes. You can choose whole beans or select a grind option including espresso, filter/drip, plunger, Aeropress, stovetop, or cold brew.
WHEN WILL MY COFFEE BE ROASTED?

We roast fresh in Brisbane and prepare your coffee close to dispatch so it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
